Senior Tax Manager

We are recruiting a Senior Tax Manager for a well-established CPA firm with a strong focus on tax planning, advisory, and complex compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead tax planning and compliance for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals
- Deliver tax advisory work, including written memos and instruction letters
- Identify tax planning opportunities and special advisory services
- Research and resolve complex technical tax issues
- Stay current with tax legislation and case law
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff
- Maintain high-quality client service and communication
- 3+ years of tax planning and compliance experience
- Experience with cross-border tax (Canada–US), including T106, T1134, T1135, FAPI, and surplus pools
- Working knowledge of the Canada–US Tax Treaty
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused
- Vancouver office–based role
- Hybrid (2 days in-office / 3 remote) available after probation
