• You will take the lead in preparing all necessary shipping documentation, including waybills and bills of lading, to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely invoicing.
• You will be the main point of contact for our carriers, scheduling shipments, resolving any issues, and using our Transportation Management System (TMS) to optimize freight costs.
• You will collaborate closely with our Customer Service and Supply Chain teams, providing expert guidance on domestic shipments and developing your knowledge of export processes.
• You will manage customer logistics portals and maintain organized records for proof of delivery and audit compliance, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• You will play a key role in problem‑solving, from investigating freight claims to coordinating with material handlers and implementing special decisions for expedited shipments.

• A degree in a related field and/or at least 1+ years of experience in a Logistics or Transportation role.
• Experience with distribution and shipping operations, including knowledge of preparing shipping documentation and handling customs forms.
• Proficiency with an ERP system (SAP is a plus), Microsoft Office, and various carrier or customer websites.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
