* Job Description:

**** POSITION OVERVIEW
** Join our team as a Field Service Technician. Respond to customer callouts, providing technical service and maintenance support at customer locations or in the field. They are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment out in the field and providing technical training when necessary.

** TOP 5 RESPONSIBILITIES
** 1. Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission  
2. Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs.  
3. Maintaining and stocking service vehicles  
4. Completing job reports on a daily basis  
5. Basic level:
Align, fit, and assemble components using hand tools and power tools.

** ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
** 1. Working with your hands to assemble and weld equipment Mig or Stick.  
2. General Forklift Operation  
3. Tearing down assemblies and refurbing parts.  
4. Ordering parts through Alliance’s ERP system  
5. Gathering products for service trips.

** MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE*
* • 0 to 2 years of experience  
• High School Diploma or GED.  
• An understanding of laptop computers.  
• Experienced in Multi-meter  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.  
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer workstation.  
• Physical requirements include visual acuity, color vision, standing, sitting, walking, climbing, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, working in cramped and strained positions, and lifting to 75 pounds.  
• Must have valid driving privileges.  
• Have or the ability to acquire a passport.  
• Willingness and ability to travel (60-80%).  
• Willingness and ability to stay overnight (60-80%).
