As a key member of our team, you’ll play an integral role in preserving the natural beauty of our grounds while contributing to a workplace that values care, attention to detail, and excellence. • Maintaining grounds and grounds equipment including:
• Mowing and Trimming
• Trimming Shrubs
• Watering
• Grounds clean-up, including but not limited to picking up sticks and trash
• Blowing off parking lots and sidewalks
• Pulling weeds
• Edging walks and mulching beds
• Installing new landscapes
• Power Washing
• Assist in cleanup and maintenance of equipment, shop space, and campus
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways in safe condition
• Assisting with other special projects throughout Central Insurance

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Stamina to be on feet 100% of the time
• Valid driver’s license

• Past professional lawn care experience

• Possesses verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to understand Central Insurance’s policies and processes
