Our Danfoss facility located in Van Wert, OH is currently and actively recruiting highly skilled professionals to become valuable members of our Distribution, Assembly, and various other Production departments. The hourly wages for these positions generally range from $17 to $18.55, with additional opportunities available for experienced candidates who may qualify for higher pay rates that correspond to their level of expertise and qualifications.

We presently have multiple openings available across different shifts, providing 8-hour workdays and a structured five-day workweek schedule to accommodate diverse employee needs.

The areas we actively hiring Material Handlers are in:
Distribution, Custom Tubes, Metal Finishing.

• Material Handler I 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Material Handler II 1st, 3rd and 4th Shift*
• High School Diploma or GED verifiable
• Able to lift to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Be able to work without sponsorship
• Speak English fluently written and verbally
• Be willing to work on equipment up to 20 feet in the air
• Prior experience with power industrial vehicles (i.e. forklift) is required for some roles
• Experience working with powered industrial vehicles; and/or the willingness to learn and maintain an active license for stock pickers and Very Narrow Aisle Trucks (VNAs, i.e. forklifts)
