Skills That Make You Stand Out- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and steady in attendance
- Able to read instructions or simple diagrams
- Strong focus on quality and safety
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Build and assemble products by hand and with tools
- Use equipment to get the job done right
- Inspect every piece for accuracy
- Pack and move goods down the line
- Hit production targets with your crew
