Position: HR Recruiter FT 1st Shift Recruiter

Must show relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition on resume or application

Must be willing and able to attend job and career fairs

Salary amount is dependent on experience and determined by the HR Director

HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Initiates job postings on the Vancrest Careers Portal
  • Participates in job fairs to include: local job fairs, virtual job fairs, job center fairs, and on-site open houses
  • Work with local resources including chamber of commerce and economic development
  • Ensures postings are placed with internet based job boards to include:
    Ohio Means Jobs, Handshake College Application Portal, and other applicable internet based job boards
  • Social and digital recruiting savvy to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and other Social Media Resources
  • Contacts local schools and colleges to discuss healthcare careers
  • Contacts new applicants within 48 hours of the date of application, documents contacts through the Recruiting Portal/ATS
  • Prepares weekly report and calls to Corporate HR Director. On-Site Facility Leadership Team will receive weekly reports and phone calls.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior Recruiter work experience preferred
