• Vet and analyze Technology Services issues, ensuring thorough risk assessment
• Conduct detailed reviews of issue documentation and present findings to senior leadership
• Lead collaborative vetting sessions with business line stakeholders and Risk Management teams
• Manage multiple work streams to produce timely and reportable results
• Drive process improvements creatively in a dynamic work environment

• 7+ years of risk and/or business experience with technology solutions
• In-depth knowledge of technology processes and inherent risks
• Proven ability to apply technology risk fundamentals to unique scenarios
• Established knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies, including validation and testing techniques
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel for data interpretation and analysis

• Experience with root cause analysis and implementation of tailored solutions
• Refined communication skills to distill complex details into actionable steps
• Drive and determination to manage competing and evolving priorities
