• Lead the development and application of predictive models to inform enrollment and financial aid strategies
• Translate complex analytical work into clear, actionable insights for institutional leaders
• Provide technical and project leadership across client engagements and internal product development initiatives
• Guide teams from problem definition through implementation of analytics solutions
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical audiences

• Current U.S. work authorization required
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience building predictive models or machine learning systems in an applied analytics environment
• Experience working at or with higher education institutions
• Strong proficiency in statistical modeling and modern machine learning methods

• Master’s or PhD in statistics, economics, data science, or a related field
• Prior consulting or client-facing analytics experience
• Experience analyzing financial aid data and key enrollment management metrics
