• Lead and perform a wide range of functions in conjunction with Huron and client team members; lead the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support). This is a highly dynamic position with considerable visibility.
• Collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provide appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs
• Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs
• Manage and implement Workday Integration enhancements
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions
• Interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project needs
• Demonstrate deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
• Coach and lead technical staff members
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Salary and benefits information: the estimated base salary range is $165,000 - $190,000, with total compensation estimated at $181,000 - $228,000 including incentive compensation; the salary range information is provided in accordance with applicable laws and may be updated in the future

• 6-10 years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
• 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
• Ability to collaborate with project team and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provides appropriate technical recommendations that align with business needs
• Experience coaching and leading technical staff members
• Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions
• Comfortable interacting with varying levels of client personnel based on project need
• Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
