• Deliver project work stream outcomes while managing work plans and client interfaces
• Utilize employer tools and methodologies for the planning and implementation of enterprise software and analytics solutions
• Conduct analytics and reporting, ensuring effective communication with clients and project teams
• Mentor and manage junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Travel up to 50% as needed to collaborate with clients or internal project teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 2–4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, and interfacing with business users
• At least 2 years of experience with Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Service (ePCM)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document information effectively
• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to plan and organize tasks with minimal supervision
• A strong desire to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
• Attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset
• Enjoyment of working in teams and collaborating with others
