ServiceNow Business Process Consultant; Manager

• Analyze process data to identify trends and draw insights for decision-making
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define future state processes
• Provide demonstrations of Service Now functionality and assist clients in developing User Acceptance Test plans
• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking within a hybrid Waterfall/Scrum methodology
• Build relationships with clients and project team members to maintain open communication channels

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a Service Now Business Process Consultant with complex implementations
• Experience with 6+ greenfield implementations of multiple Service Now modules
• Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
• Strong analytical skills coupled with technical acumen and hands‑on expertise with cloud‑based enterprise solutions

• Experience with one or more of the following: CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, GRC
• Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training; and/or multiple micro‑certifications
• Knowledge/experience with Now Create/Service Now Best Practices
• Strong User Story definition/documentation skills
• Ability to creatively solve complex problems with strong critical thinking
