- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years in a Service Now technical delivery capacity with an Elite-level Service Now partner
- Proven experience in at least 3 greenfield implementations of multiple Service Now modules, including Now Assist and AI Agents
- Current Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, with the ability to obtain a second within the first six months of employment
- Experience with CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC modules
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics and Service Now Best Practices
- Strong JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge/experience
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams
