Trading Operations​/Capital Markets Project Consultant

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of trading operations, including front-, middle-, and back-office processes
• Assess the integration of Private Wealth Advisors into the Investment Banking division
• Evaluate existing policies, procedures, and control frameworks against regulatory requirements
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in operational processes and provide actionable recommendations
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus on necessary changes

• Hands‑on experience in trading operations, compliance, or operational risk within relevant financial markets
• Experience with in a consulting firm, broker‑dealer, investment bank, or wealth management setting
• Strong understanding of regulatory policies governing sales & trading activities and securities markets
• Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and documenting operational workflows
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and present findings to various stakeholders

• Experience with introducing broker‑dealer models and wealth‑to‑investment banking integration
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to trading operations
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, polished deliverables
