• Assist with contract documents, including RFPs, confidentiality agreements, and vendor agreements
• Review terms and conditions for compliance and risk assessment, escalating complex issues as needed
• Maintain contract records and track key information in the contract lifecycle management tool
• Support the Contracts Director with research related to regulatory requirements
• Coordinate acceptance and signature processes with appropriate signatories

• Bachelor’s degree required and current permanent U.S. work authorization required
• 2+ years of contract management experience
• Understanding of government contracting procedures and contract types, including familiarity with FAR
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and AI tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience with government contracting
• Ability to read and interpret federal documents (RFPs, RFIs, federal schedules)
• Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working in a virtual environment with diverse teams
• Strong adaptability to shifting priorities
