- Lead management efforts for RFPs/proposals/orals/collateral to support multiple opportunities simultaneously
Serve as a mentor and training resource for associates and new team members
- Minimum of one year experience managing, writing, and coordinating proposals/orals/collateral
- Bachelor-level degree is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Share Point
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous healthcare industry experience (commercial or federal)
- Shipley Proposal Management or other formal proposal writing training
- APMP certification
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite and Salesforce
- Ability to track win/loss metrics on proposals and generate statistics for reporting
