Office Administrator - $35,000 - $37,000 per year – Van Buren, Arkansas

AAA Business Systems, Inc., a leading office technology company, is looking for an Office Administrator professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of AAA and play a key part in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
  • Assist customers with service calls, toner orders and account inquiries.
  • Support accounts receivable by using our FM Audit system for meter collection.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and overall efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive, professional image that reflects the AAA brand.

The Person
  • 2+ years’ experience in a professional office environment, including handling phone collections. (Preferred)
  • Experience working with outside vendors, leasing companies and/or banks for funding purposes (Preferred)
  • Experience managing busy phone lines and recording information accurately in computer systems.
  • Familiarity with e-automate, FM Audit systems, and e-views reporting is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management.
  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable manner.
