Role DescriptionCrown Wheele Mechanical is seeking a full‑time Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our team in Valparaiso, IN.
This on‑site position involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure systems operate efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair heating and air conditioning systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with EPA regulations and HVAC best practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for service calls
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
