Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. The role also includes support for merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The High Volume FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Perform price changes and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service via GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value & Appreciate.
• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

Working Conditions
Mostly indoor with moderate noise, hard surfaces, and adequate lighting/temperature. Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours. Must promote safety and adhere to guidelines.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely. Capable of standing, kneeling, reaching overhead, and moving throughout the store for entire shifts. Must have the stamina and mental agility to perform duties quickly and safely.
