Located in the heart of downtown Valparaiso, Blockhead Beerworks is a brewstillery home to a full Asian fusion kitchen that offers fresh, hand-rolled sushi, steamed buns, and noodz. Our unique menu features nothing but high quality food, beer, and cocktails.

You will prepare sushi rolls and dishes from the sushi bar, accepting orders ONLY from servers. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with a variety of sushi rolling, plating, and related cooking techniques and has experience working in a sushi restaurant. Advanced knife cutting skills are a must.

• Prepare raw fish and other sushi ingredients
• Roll and plate dishes for customers, taking note of individual requests
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Coordinate with servers to ensure an efficient flow of orders

• Cooking and sushi-making experience
• Food handler's card
