OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager, you will be a frontline leader in an outpatient clinic setting, directly impacting patient care while leading a cross‑functional clinical team. Health‑care experience is not required – there are many opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a clinical team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting to enhance patient outcomes.
- Manage clinic operations, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards.
- Maintain autonomy within the clinic while receiving support from director, regional peers, and the broader organization.
- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience (health‑care, business, or military), or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by DVP and/or ROD.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong collaboration skills; daily work with clinical and financial teams to align results with business needs.
