Position: Industrial Engineer - Job Family
Engineer ensures the performance, safety, and longevity of power generation assets. This role applies
** Key Responsibilities
** The ability and willingness to respond to emergency situations when and if necessary 24/7 The ability and willingness to climb and work at elevation
** Qualifications
* * 0–12 months relevant experience Basic knowledge of statics, material strengths, and power systems 1+ years relevant experience Ability to prepare cost estimates under supervision 18–24 months relevant experience in industrial engineering  Familiarity with NIPSCO system configuration and utility codes
** Preferred:
** PMP certification; advanced project management skills 4+ years relevant industrial engineering experience

Comprehensive knowledge of industrial engineering and utility codes - preferred

Ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior engineers 7+ years relevant industrial engineering experience

Expert knowledge of engineering principles, AutoCAD, and compliance standards Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills
