Overview
Job Description
We are looking for an assistant teacher for one of our classrooms. The hours are Monday-Friday. This position is for our location in Valparaiso.
Responsibilities- Assisting the lead teacher with keeping the classroom prepared and clean.
- Assisting children with academic and personal needs.
- Maintaining a safe environment and implementing Montessori and positive discipline techniques.
We are willing to help any new employee with learning about our unique philosophy and techniques. No prior knowledge needed.
Employee would need to be responsible, self-motivated, pleasant demeanor, independent, willing to learn, and able to take direction.
Job Details- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
- Employee discount
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
