Position: Part‑time Optometrist (Associate Doctor)

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Part‑time with flexible hours (including the option to add work to an existing practice schedule)

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice based solely on your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling, including part‑time commitments
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
• Access to Revolution EHR software, tech support, and pre‑testing assistance (where available)
• Automated online appointment booking and patient recall system

As an Associate Doctor of Optometry, you will work within a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist practice, negotiating terms, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing Doctor.
