Assesses the health needs of special education students; develops emergency care plans and individual health plans, incorporating input from parents and physicians; complies with laws relating to student health, including parental and guardian consent; provides appropriate care for ill, medically fragile, and injured students as specified by individual education plans; provides health information and serves as a resource to teachers, staff, and administrators;

Salary Information
USD 262 has a highly competitive salary schedule that allows all years of experience to be credited. We offer a base salary for teachers that ranges from $50,481 to $81,702 based on experience and/or credentials.

Benefits Information
USD 262 pays $512.00 per month for single and $717.00 for single+ toward the Health Insurance Premiums, if you choose to participate.
