Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Dialysis Center
DaVita is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver care in our outpatient dialysis center. The role is not limited to those with prior dialysis experience.
Some details about this position- Dialysis experience is not required.
- Training will take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
- Float to various clinics during and after training.
- Flexible schedule required – ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families.
- Be part of a supportive, positive team environment.
- Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, leveraging broad nursing skills.
- Oversee a group of patients with support of PCTs to conduct observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment using your head, heart, and hands daily.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; B.S.N. or three‑year diploma from an accredited program accepted.
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.

Wage Range: $42.00 – $59.00 per hour.
