PM Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor)

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating and revising care plans as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and practices to ensure quality of care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral / memory care experience.
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
