A community health center in Vallejo is seeking a Nutritionist to conduct nutrition screenings and implement care plans for diverse patients, including those with diabetes and hypertension. The ideal candidate will complete a Dietetic program, hold a BLS certificate, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role provides a chance to improve health outcomes in the community through individual and group education.

Salary ranges from $36.60 to $48.02 per hour.
