- Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $150,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited Med Bridge subscription
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

Our Vallejo clinic is a well‑established outpatient orthopedic facility providing manual therapy, acute and chronic rehab, post‑operative care, and return‑to‑sport programs. Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs
- Document services accurately and promptly in EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and providers to ensure excellent outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and motivating clinic culture
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current California PT license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient‑centered care
