• Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
• Total compensation potential: $150,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Our Vallejo clinic is a well‑established outpatient orthopedic facility providing manual therapy, acute and chronic rehab, post‑operative care, and return‑to‑sport programs. • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs
• Document services accurately and promptly in EMR systems
• Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and providers to ensure excellent outcomes
• Contribute to a positive and motivating clinic culture

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California PT license (or eligibility)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient‑centered care
• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
