Salary & Incentives- $30 – $42 per hour (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Total compensation potential: $100,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

Job Responsibilities- Deliver quality, hands‑on care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery
- Document daily treatment notes and track patient progress using our advanced EMR system
- Collaborate with physical therapists, support staff, and patients to ensure excellent outcomes
- Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehab journey
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current California PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Passion for patient care and professional growth
