Technicians are often the first point of contact, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while exceeding patient expectations. They operate as part of the pharmacy team, applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, and demonstrating genuine care in a safe and inclusive culture.

- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and genuine care (e.g., at pick‑up, drive‑thru, phone, or during immunizations).
- Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns‑to‑stocks, and waiting‑bin inventories.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team, embracing a growth mindset, seeking feedback, and expanding clinical and technical knowledge.
- Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores in the market when required.
- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, local laws and CV Leitung policies to ensure patient safety, controlled substance dispensing, and privacy protection.
- Deliver additional patient health care services such as immunizations, point‑of‑care testing, and voluntary off‑site clinic staffing, where legally permissible.
