We are seeking a skilled Battery electrical components specialist to join our dynamic team located in Valladolid.

As an engineer developing electrical components for Lithium‑Ion batteries, you must acquire, build, and capitalize the knowledge and know‑how of the components used in electrical components (busbar, junction box, fuses, relays, pyroswitches, smart current sensors …).

You must also, from the upstream scoping phases to the industrialization phases, manage the development of these components.

• You perform the dimensioning of the component
• You write the generic specifications, and you define the validation plans
• You write the core competencies rules, define the technical policies and standards of your scope
• You manage the innovations of these components, ensuring their performance and reliability
• You are responsible to lead components design review through development phase
• You evaluate and select new technologies (technology watch, competition analysis, benchmark, state of the art)

Master’s degree Electric / Electronic or generalist in mechanics with specialization in electronics.

You have skills in electrical engineering, electronics or electro‑mechanics, if possible, in the field of energy storage.

Knowledge of the development logic of electrical or electronic components in the automotive field.

Knowledge of electrotechnical and electromechanical components.

Your rigor and your organization will allow you to respect the requirements of processes and schedules.

You enjoy teamwork and have the ability to work in an international and multicultural environment (English spoken and written).

You have a good synthesis mindset to produce and present progress reports and technical analyses of projects.

Languages:

Spanish and English is mandatory. Knowledge of French is desirable.

Availability to travel frequently (20% time) to the clients' facilities.
