HR Intern

Contract Duration: January 2026 - June 2026
Location: Kingston, NY (100% in-office)
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $17/hour

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
• Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and programs
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Participate in HR projects and special initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Learn about HR compliance, policies, and best practices

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in building an HR career
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
