Work with corporate and regional leadership to support the national employee benefits ancillary revenue strategy. Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and validating data.

General Description:

Work with corporate and regional leadership to support the national employee benefits ancillary revenue strategy. Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and validating data.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the annual Stewardship presentations, including survey creation, collection, and analysis.
  • Track carrier payments and validate payment estimates for the prior year.
  • Analyze data and carrier agreements to support performance and payment variances. Includes working with regional finance teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining Carrier Models. Includes projections, carrier reporting, client mapping, and verifying model data against the agreement.
  • Drive improvements in metrics for ancillary benefits. Includes new business, persistency, premium growth, and member growth.
  • Provide management with ad hoc financial analysis upon request.
Knowledge,

Skills And Abilities
  • 3-5 years of business experience. Employee benefits experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and work‑ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
  • Ability to creatively and proactively problem solve.
