OpportunityIn this highly visible role as a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will sit at the core of our business, working closely with Corporate Executives and Regional Business Leaders to develop business strategy, growth plans and drive execution. You will lead key cross‑functional projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and be critically involved in strategic planning, problem solving, and decision making that impacts USI’s overall business.
WhatYou’ve Done (Qualifications)
- 1-3 years of experience at a top tier management consulting firm or a corporate strategy role in a financial institution.
- Track record of using analytics to support decision‑making, with the ability to dig deep into data and identify the right insights.
- Self‑motivation and autonomy, the ability to independently identify and implement high‑value analyses and projects.
- Verbal and written communication, data modeling and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts and effectively communicate those to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong technical capabilities including advanced Excel; MS SQL / Analysis Services scripting and business intelligence dashboard modeling (Power
BI, Tableau, or similar platform) is a plus. - Advanced level of financial analysis.
- Limited domestic travel.
- Work closely with Corporate Executive and Regional Business Leaders to lead the execution of key cross‑functional business initiatives.
- Manage Growth Initiative work streams and run weekly project meetings to ensure activities stay on track.
- Assist in developing, leading, and implementing strategic and operational initiatives to enhance revenue growth and/or improve operating margins.
- Review and analyze financial and operating reports and participate in monthly forecasting and performance review calls.
- Communicate and present findings to Program Management and Corporate Executives.
- Analyze potential acquisition targets through financial analysis and pro‑forma modeling of USI program opportunity.
- Define and report on key metrics and user data to measure the performance of our operations and inform data‑driven decision making.

Assumed gross salary range: $125,000 – $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base salary is only one component; USI also offers an annual incentive bonus, 401(k), paid time off, and comprehensive health benefits.

Salary Range: $125,000 – $130,000. This is a bonus‑eligible position with a target incentive of 15 %.
