Seeking Corporate Compliance Administrative Assistant for part time role with large company.
Part time position (16 hours/ week). This position is mostly remote but does require occasional in office work, must live within commuting distance to Valhalla, NY.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks within the Compliance Department
- Manage the department expenditure in accordance to the approved budget.
- Reviews, audits, and processes of invoices, expense reports into accounting system for payments.
- Maintain and organize compliance documentation, KPIs metrics and filings and records.
- Maintain control and organization of licenses of systems used by the Compliance Department.
- Pull training reports from LMS.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail for the department.
- Support internal Compliance events.
- Provides support to the VP with expense report , may make meeting and travel arrangements for VP.
- 2+ years of payment/invoicing processing experience
- Experience creating and reviewing expensing reports
- Experience maintaining and organizing reports, metrics, and KPI’s
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
