Accounting Clerk; Accounting Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team in Valhalla, United States. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and linked data
• Partner with department managers to gather information and track ongoing projects
• Communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders, invoices, and other documentation
• Manage bid processes, compile bid specifications, set up vendor walk-throughs, and handle vendor registration for site access
• Receive bids and produce comparison/leveling sheets for review
• Proactively review spreadsheets for data accuracy and process improvements
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed

• Experience in accounting or administrative support preferred
• Strong communication skills when interacting with vendors and internal teams
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to improve processes
