We want to integrate into the Shopper team a person who can help strengthen the positioning of the tool and maintain its growth rate.

• Define and implement, together with their manager, the business plan for the assigned clients and solutions
• Generate new business for the World panel by Numerator division through commercial negotiations and prospecting (with current and potential clients)
• Develop, manage, present, and follow up on technical proposals requested by clients and prospects
• Analyze and present data for the department’s solutions
• Train clients (internal and external) to improve the tool’s performance
• Analyze the monthly budget status in terms of sales and actions, report findings, and correct deviations when necessary

Your background will ideally look like this…

• 2–3 years of experience in client management
• Hands-on experience with consumer or retailer panel analysis
• Experience in Trade/Shopper roles within consulting firms or FMCG companies (a strong plus)
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills paired with strong empathy
• Solid organizational and planning abilities
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• A dynamic, customer‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
