Your role and responsibilities

As a Brand Sales Specialist for IBM's Automation Platform, you will create demand and progress opportunities to close for Automation Platform solutions based on IBM Vault, IBM Verify and IBM NS1.

Primary responsibilities
  • Develop Demand Opportunities:
    Create and identify new sales opportunities, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Progress Opportunities to Close:
    Build relationships with clients and drive sales efforts to progress opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely closure of deals.
  • Solution Delivery:
    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Secure solutions that meet client needs, leveraging your knowledge of products.
  • Client‑Facing

    Activities:

    Engage in client‑facing activities, including sales calls, meetings, and presentations, to promote IBM Security solutions and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    Execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Cybersecurity Brand Sales Specialist

We are seeking a professional with approximately two years of experience in cybersecurity solutions to join our team as a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of IBM Vault, IBM Verify, and NS1 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical‑commercial profile, with the ability to identify and develop opportunities within both new and existing accounts.

This role requires managing the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through to negotiation and closure, specifically within the cybersecurity domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and drive sales of IBM Vault, IBM Verify, and NS1 solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, ensuring alignment with customer security needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Required Profile
  • Approximately 1+ year of experience in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
