Senior Product Designer

* ** Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience best practices, especially as they apply to emerging AI technologies and conversational interfaces.**
* ** Ability to work independently on multiple projects, engaging with all levels of the organization with a strong point of view that is open to feedback and ideas from others.**
* ** A passion for design and innovation, and an understanding that culture is the foundation of success in UX. Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, and industry trends.**
* ** Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as needed. You are a storyteller - you define the problem, help the audience empathize with the personas, and present solutions that hit on those problem spaces.**
* ** Collaborate closely with Product Managers on defining scope and ensuring that designs align with business goals and measurable user outcomes.**
* ** Work cross-functionally with Content Design and Design Systems teams for product consistency and scalability.**
* ** Support development through design reviews and QA collaboration to ensure spec fidelity.

Qualifications:

* ** Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in HCI, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related discipline (Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred).**
* ** Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software companies designing complex user experiences.**
* ** Experience working closely with Agile development teams and ensuring code is built to spec.**
* ** Availability to work early mornings/late evenings to accommodate colleagues in various time zones.**
* ** A detailed portfolio of design work that outlines your specific role, decisions, and challenges for at least two large projects.
