At weWow, you’ll work in an international scale-up environment with strong European brands. For this role, you’ll be the Community Advising Specialist for The Social Hub
: providing exceptional guest support, handling individual reservations, and contributing to both guest satisfaction and commercial success across multiple locations.
- Deliver outstanding guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
- Handle individual reservations and related inquiries for all locations and product offerings
- Execute daily Service Hub tasks following SOPs and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Manage guest requests, reservations, and administrative processes while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
- Use key systems like Mews (PMS), Salesforce Service Cloud, and other platforms, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
- Provide clear, friendly, and informed advice to guests about services, products, and experiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, connected guest journey
- Contribute to both guest satisfaction and commercial performance
- Are fluent in Italian
- Have 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Are service-oriented, friendly, and solution-focused
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
- Pay attention to detail while maintaining a personal, professional touch
- Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
