At weWow, you’ll work in an international scale-up environment with strong European brands. For this role, you’ll be the Community Advising Specialist for The Social Hub
: providing exceptional guest support, handling individual reservations, and contributing to both guest satisfaction and commercial success across multiple locations.

What will you actually do?
  • Deliver outstanding guest support via phone, email, chat, and social channels
  • Handle individual reservations and related inquiries for all locations and product offerings
  • Execute daily Service Hub tasks following SOPs and checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage guest requests, reservations, and administrative processes while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
  • Use key systems like Mews (PMS), Salesforce Service Cloud, and other platforms, integrating AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization
  • Provide clear, friendly, and informed advice to guests about services, products, and experiences
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, connected guest journey
  • Contribute to both guest satisfaction and commercial performance

  • Have 0–2 years of relevant experience
