A globally recognized luxury and sports car manufacturer is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver an exceptional customer journey to its exclusive clientele.

Your Mission
Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience via phone and email.
Provide product guidance, service support, and technical assistance with confidence and professionalism.
Act as a trusted brand representative, ensuring each interaction meets the highest standards.
Offer tailored solutions while maintaining discretion and attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee seamless resolution of inquiries.

Your Profile
Native or bilingual Austrian German (mandatory).
Advanced English (minimum B2).
Residence in Spain (Madrid-based candidates welcome; remote within Spain available).
Strong affinity for luxury automotive and performance brands.
Excellent communication skills with a polished and professional approach.
Experience in premium sectors (luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, high-end services) is valued.
Higher vocational education preferred.

Permanent contract from day one.
Fully paid onboarding program (3 weeks, 09:00–18:00).
Monday to Friday schedule, rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
Option to work remotely from anywhere in Spain (equipment provided).
Opportunity to join our Madrid office (Puerta de Toledo / Pirámides) under a hybrid model if preferred.
