Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
• Help customers find the right products and services, proactively assisting both online and offline
• Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: “Think like a customer”

• Native or near-native Dutch speaker with high-level English (spoken and written)
• Working permit for in Spain or EUPassport
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer‑facing roles
• A super friendly, solution‑oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people
• Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem‑solving skills
• Currently based in Valencia or willing to relocate

€1700 - €1850,- gross/month
