We are building a U.S.

-focused Investment Banking & Private Placement division and are seeking high-caliber finance professionals to join a structured FINRA Licensing Track.

This role is based in Cairo and is designed for candidates committed to developing a long-term career in U.S.

-regulated capital markets.

Selected candidates will be sponsored and supported to complete:
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)

Upon successful licensing, associates will transition into active participation in U.S. private placement and cross-border capital raising mandates.

• Full-time preparation for FINRA examinations as primary and sole responsibility
• Defined study schedule and performance benchmarks
• Internal exposure to transaction frameworks and regulatory standards
• Licensing completion required prior to assuming regulated responsibilities

This phase is rigorous and performance-driven.

• Participation in U.S. private placement mandates
• Institutional and accredited investor engagement (U.S. market)
• Investor materials review and documentation support

• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity
• Strong financial modeling and analytical foundation
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Demonstrated success in rigorous examinations (CFA Level I or higher strongly preferred)
• High discipline and structured work ethic
• Long-term commitment to a regulated capital markets career
