Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving various maintenance issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and assisting in the installation of new equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve any maintenance issues
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Troubleshoot and install vacuum pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, servo pumps, AC/DC motors, and electrical components (relays, contractors, fuses, I/O modules)
- Learn and retain knowledge of basic work instructions for all unit operations by interacting with operators and engineers to support troubleshooting activities
- Collaborate with team members to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Assist in installation of new equipment and repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of industrial experience
- Industrial Mechanic and/or Electrical training
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
- Ability to use multimeters and general instrumentation (HMI, PLCs, remote I/O, etc.)
- Ability to read and understand schematics/drawings and mechanical prints
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of CMMS (Limble)
