WhatYou'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll work under our Landscape Install Division Leader to help complete a variety of outdoor installation projects. You’ll be hands‑on, outside, and working with a solid crew that knows how to get things done while keeping the atmosphere positive. You don’t need tons of experience—just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Some of the jobs you’ll help with:- Mulch installation
- Stump grinding
- Land grading and prep
- Turf (artificial or sod) installation
- River rock and gravel bed installs
- General landscape cleanup and detail work
- Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in different weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Steady, full‑time work with opportunities for overtime
