AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part‑time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life each day, providing guests with an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values.

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, building brand loyalty, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset (we provide training).
• You educate guests on product details and suggest appropriate items.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You adapt between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• You assist teammates to achieve store goals.
• You uphold AEO's policies and procedures, acting with integrity.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE & Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.
