Member Assist Cart Attendant

Join Sam's Club as a Member Assist Cart Attendant to help shape the member’s entire shopping experience by ensuring a well‑kept parking lot, assisting members with their purchases, and providing a positive first and last impression.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, ready with carts and able to assist members with their purchases.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving member issues.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Keep safety of facility, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, locate merchandise, and zone areas.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items.
• Apply company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and business partners to complete work assignments and priorities.
