Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when assistance is requested.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and in your area to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit to Target.
• Know and explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App, including Wallet, and assist with enrollment and use of Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns according to Target policies and procedures, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area; gather unpurchased items, baskets, and hangers for removal.
• Stock supplies during store hours while being available to guests.
• Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner; follow safety policies, report hazards, and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pick up (OPU), Drive-up (DU) Orders, DU Returns, and maintain compliance with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).

• Ability to use multiple communication devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office functions as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
