Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel when they enter and leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that members interact with. That’s why it’s important to smile, greet, and thank each and every member. We are looking for friendly faces to run registers and support our members through the self‑checkout experience.

The pace can be fast, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You’ll juggle scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area. It’s hard work, but rewarding, especially when you’re part of a large team aiming for happy, satisfied members.

• Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures (safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, steel standard guidelines).
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products, and providing guidance on self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases and payments according to company policies for membership and payment types.
• Assist members with transactions utilizing registers or self‑checkout area; zone the area; arrange and organize merchandise.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and make action plans.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change.

$16.00 to $23.00 per hour*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Premiums up to $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
